The main focus of the group is to observe, identify and record plants, usually with a particular purpose in mind. This is primarily carried out by means of an annual programme of field meetings. Our current priority is updating A Flora of Norfolk. In addition we usually hold joint meetings with the Norfolk & Norwich Naturalists' Society and with the Lowestoft Field Club. These are arranged with beginners and improvers in mind, however, all abilities are very welcome to attend any of the meetings. Several identification workshops are usually included in the programme.
