Found on the Roadside, near East Harling Heath. Dense-Flowered Mullein Verbascum densiflorum is not infrequently found naturalised in the county. It can be distinguished from the other Mulleins by its pale yellow flowers with spathulate stigma, mix of symmetrical and non symmetrical stamens, decurrent stem leaves, branched hairs and no sign of the flocculent quality found in Hoary Mullein Verbascum pulverulentum.
