Green field-speedwell is being found increasing in urban situations or anywhere where sunny well-drained bare ground is maintained. This particular plant was growing in Rollesby in East Norfolk, and was present in the crack between the tarmac and a garden wall, and also in an area at the base of a wall that someone had been ‘gardening’; both south-facing, hot, dry locations.
