Alex Prendergast found this distinctive dandelion on Wretham Heath during the BSBI Taraxacum workshop lead by John Richards and Tim Rich.
This is a small delicate plant in section Erythrosperma with typically deeply dissected leaves. The exterior bracts are erect and the scape is glabrous which is diagnostic of Taraxacum rubicundum. The styles are discoloured and they are covered with a small amount of pollen, which is usually absent in this species.
